• Acknowledge that User Content may be publicly visible

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

Shot by Kase Network provides media coverage of youth sports events for informational, promotional, and entertainment purposes.

• We do not guarantee exposure, recruitment, rankings, or athletic advancement
• Participation in filmed events does not create an endorsement or contractual obligation
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing consent for minors appearing in content where required

Certain Services may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Shot by Kase Network is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
